Little Louie

What’s in a last name? For some it is just a name. For others it is legacy..

Little Louie has been blessed in so many ways. One way is in his sweet name. Dierks Bentley wrote a song, My Last Name, in which he talks about the generations before him. Where his name came from. What those before him sacrificed for the next generation. How is name has been passed down from generations.

This song hits me in many different ways because of my love for family, legacy, and honoring those that came before. Little Louie holds not only his dad’s last name and all those that had the name before but also mom’s family. Little Louie is surrounded by all those wonderful men and women who helped create the family he was so blessed to enter in.

Family carries on with each of us. What we do represents us and our families. Little Louie has brought joy to his family, new memories, and the spirit of another generation.

Little Louie, may all your days be blessed and all your cars fast. Lou & Alyssa thanks for letting me capture the next generation for you. You both radiate the joy and fun parenthood is intended to be! What amazing parents you both are. Savor each moment (even the crying) and each stage in life with Little Louie.
